20111101-095814.jpgThe yeasts are hard at work consuming albeit low levels of sugar, but enough to deliver the desired effects. Merlot got pressed Friday, Cabernet Sauvignon to be pressed on Wednesday. Crushed the Cab Franc and inoculating today, and crushing Tempranillo today. Jam packed busy winery week.
